Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By adding Strudel ("the bot") to a Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

2. The service

Strudel is a free Discord bot that offers moderation (AutoMod), a level system, notifications for YouTube, Twitch and GitHub, counting, temporary voice channels, embed messages and automatic roles. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • You may not use the bot to harass, spam or harm others, or for anything illegal.
  • You may not try to exploit, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
  • Server administrators are responsible for how they configure the bot on their server, including AutoMod rules and notification pings.

4. Availability

The bot is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". There is no guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or that data will never be lost.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Strudel is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bot, including actions taken by AutoMod or missed notifications.

6. Termination

Access to the bot may be restricted or ended for any server or user that violates these Terms. You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

7. Third-party services

The bot interacts with Discord, YouTube, Twitch and GitHub. Their own terms apply to your use of those platforms. Strudel is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
